Warranty & Shipping Information
All products manufactured by Wunderworks of America, LLC have a one-year limited warranty. If any part of your Wunderworks’ product malfunctions, we will repair or replace it at our expense. If the malfunction makes the product dangerous or prohibits the product from performing normally or safely, please remove the product from service and call us (314.323.1530) for instructions to receive a replacement product. We do not replace or repair items damaged from neglect or misuse.
Shipping rates are based on the delivery of our products within the 48 contiguous United States. If the shipping address is outside of this area, please call us directly (314.323.1530) for an accurate shipping quote.
- The size of our products prohibits us from economically shipping “overnight”, “next day”, or “second day”.
- We ship all of our products UPS Ground.
- It is possible for us to ship our products on a priority basis, but this will add significant expense to the product.
- Please call if you wish to expedite your order and we will adjust the price of the product accordingly.
Orders are continually being processed and shipped from Wunderworks of America. Since we manufacture our own products, the delivery time varies depending on what we have in stock. We will make every effort to ship your Wunderworks’ product in a timely fashion. Most orders will be delivered between one and four weeks from the time of order. However, some orders may not be delivered for as long as six weeks. In these rare cases, we will call or email you and attempt to provide a projected delivery date.
Orders shipped outside of the continental United States must be made via telephone (314.323.1530). We will calculate the cost to ship to the foreign destination and adjust the price of the product/s accordingly.
